Asparagus Guacamole

2 cups chopped, cooked asparagus

2 tbl. plain yogurt or sour cream

2 tbl. fresh lime juice

2 tbl. fresh minced green onion

2 tbl. tomato salsa

1 tbl. minced cilantro

1 tbl. minced garlic

1/2 tsp. cumin

salt and pepper to taste

Puree asparagus, yogurt and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Stir in remaining ingredients.  Makes 1 3/4 cups.
