Logan Family Farms

We a family farm that produces Premium Natural Dry Aged Beef and Berkshire Black Pork.. The cattle and hogs are raised on our farm with forages produced by us. We have the Mother Cows and Sows and raise their offspring naturally; with no hormones; steroids or antibiotics added. The cattle are harvested and cut under USDA inspection. The beef is dry aged in a chilled cooler for 21-28 days. This aging process makes our beef unique. The individual cuts are vacuum packaged and then flash frozen. The beef is sold by individual cuts; one pound packages; beef bundles or freezer beef quantities.. Logan Family Farms is excited to introduce our Berkshire Black Pork for sale this year. With Pork Steaks; chops and Roasts right from our farm. Frozen and vacuumed package for your house hold. You will taste the difference of the Black Pork with the natural internal marbling and the buttery texture of the meat
Logan Family Farms will be grilling our Logan Steak Burgers each week with artisan cheese melted on top. You will smell us before you see us.
