Better starts here. Our cheese is produced in an ultra-modern PA Dept of Ag inspected and certified facility. Our cheeses are produced with milk that is sourced 100% from our own farm. Our milk is tested free of antibiotics and is certified rBHG free. Our farm follows a nationally recognized animal welfare policy; and we are re-certified on an annual basis by an independent licensed Vet. Our farm and creamery are located less than 14 miles from the Ligonier market and is open for tours regular basis. We offer the following cows-milk cheese products: Quark- a traditional creamy unripened high protein cows milk cheese; Colby Cheese; Cheddar (mild; medium; habanero; jalapeno-habanero; roasted garlic; buffalo-ranch); Gouda (aged 8 or 16 weeks); Cheese Curds (multiple flavors changing weekly); Secret Pizza Cheese and Cows milk Feta.
