We serve freshly made chimney cakes. Chimney cakes–Kurtoskalacs (Hungarian) or Trdelnik (Slovak)–are freshly grilled; handcrafted yeast pastries. Each chimney cake is hand rolled onto a wooden cylinder and grilled on a special rotisserie.
Grilling caramelizes the sugar coating and creates a crisp exterior with a soft; doughy interior. After grilling; the cake is coated with sweet or savory toppings. Chimneys are traditional treats with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
